It’s about you taking back the control, in the knowing that when you tweak a few habits and fuel new belief systems (that support your outcome of you holding YOUR baby by Xmas) then you are no longer leaving things to chance and hope… You are making it happen. Mindfully.


Don’t make your New Year’s Resolution your wish list, because that is NOT what it is.

…It is a list of resolutions.




To have a resolution it means to resolve something… “To decide with certainty on a course of action.”


As a result, you have disconnected from any possibility: any actions, words, beliefs, people etc. that prevent you from achieving motherhood by Xmas.


When you make your resolution to have your baby by Xmas, you want to make the resolution INSPIRING, not one that focuses on lack.

For example:

  • “I’m not going to drink alcohol” (which will mean life will be less fun – I will deprive myself of having a good time);
  • “I’m going to lose weight to improve my fertility” (meaning I will have to go without when it comes to all the things I love… I am going to deprive myself of enjoyment of food);
  • “I’m going to go to the gym everyday” (but it is such an effort! I will deprive myself of valuable sleep time)


Helpful Questions To Ask Yourself


  • Where am I right now?
  • What are the lifestyle elements that keep me here?
  • What do I want – be specific with your creative visualisation?
  • What are the rituals you need to do to get you there?

Make New Year’s Resolution’s for Fertility Success


How do you create new year’s resolutions that work?


1st Step = Have a vision

– A vision of what it is you truly want – make it inspiring, eg: what does it look and feel like to be holding your baby? The dynamics of your new addition to your family?

Don’t have a “standard resolution” such as “I will not drink caffeine or alcohol, I will exercise more” etc because these focus on lack – on what you are not getting. Instead focus on your vision, the vision that brings you joy, abundance and happiness.




If you say my resolution, (my goal) is to lose a certain amount of weight it is not going to be compelling enough to PULL YOU… Because there are two types of motivation:

1 – where you need to push yourself, (which is an uphill battle that requires bucket loads of will power) or;

2 – one that excites you, attracts and motivates you to make the steps that get you the result you desire


This is why my “Fertile Lifestyle” Course works – it gets results because the journey is an enjoyable, supportive one.


When clients come to me they range from people who have just begun trying to those who have been trying for 10 years to no avail. It is as simple as that.

How do you know if you are a fish that has meandered left or right?

Have I been trying the following things for more than 6 months and not fallen pregnant:



– Have I changed my diet but still have not fallen pregnant?

  3. Do not exercise in a hot room – this hinders fertility

 2nd Step = Feel it
