Have you heard of the healing benefits of Kirtan?

The ancient practice of kirtan (“KEER-tahn”), or yogic “call and response” chanting has many of the mind-calming benefits of a yoga class or sitting meditation.

For those who find meditation difficult, kirtan can deliver the same stillness of mind, without acquiring the discipline of concentrated silent mental focus. The repetition of Sanskrit mantras helps the release of over-thinking mental chatter and opens your heart which elevates your mood. By creating inner calm, a deep peace can be experienced and this triggers healing in your physical and energetic layers.

What is Kirtan and why is it so beneficial?

Kirtans have been written in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language and one of only three natural languages on the planet. All three natural languages create geometric shapes in our body and energy field which help our body’s return to a state of harmony and improved health. (The other natural languages are Arabic and Hebrew). Like these other alphabets Sanskrit has a strong energetic vibration that penetrates through to your body, your mind and spirit.

The Practice of Kirtan

Traditionally, kirtan is sung in a group with person leading the chants. The chants speed up and slow down, in doing so creating the ability to lead the audience into ecstatic highs of joy, love and harmony

Perhaps the most famous American kirtan leader is Krishna Das, who is credited with introducing this transformative practice to the West. Many others have contributed to making kirtan what it is in the United States, including Deva Premal, Jai Uttal, Bhagavan Das, Russill Paul, Wah!, and Dave Stringer. You can hear examples of these below and I encourage you listen as often as you can.

Mastering the Art of Acceptance to Accelerate Faster Fertility Success

Acceptance is key to faster fertility success

You too can be a success story if you believe in yourself, believe you are worthy of being a parent, do everything you physically can to create the best environment (internally and externally) as well as be honest about the level of support you need.

When we accept where we are at, we are open to the changes needed to pave the way for fertility success
Acceptance, not in the terms of “I have to deal with the cards of life I have been dealt” but more about accepting where you are, what you have been through and no longer resisting it. When we resist we leak tremendous amounts of energy which means our body won’t function optimally.

Happiness is the biggest catalyst for fertility. Happiness and joy ignite your body with life force energy and help your body to function at its optimum level of frequency.

If you are serious about changing your chances of becoming a parent then please remember fertility is a spiritual experience. You are bringing forth life from a very high vibrational being so it makes sense to match your baby’s vibrational state to speed up fertility success.

How to raise your vibration to feel more joy

The best thing to do is take a good, honest look at your life and see where you can bring balance and peace to ANYTHING that is affecting you internally or externally. (Epigenetics)

1. Become conscious of the foods you eat

Everything in life has a resonance. The more you consume high vibrational foods, clean air, sunshine and clean water then the higher your vibration (to match your baby’s).

If you consume food from animals from this list, you are lowering your vibration:

  • Reared inhumanely or;
  • Uncomfortably pumped with hormones to grow faster or;
  • Antibiotics (because the animal’s living conditions are so poor they will die without drugs)

Eating animals with a high vibration lower your vibration too

For example dolphins, whales, cats, dogs all have a very high vibration followed by cows and pigs which is why many religions warn you against eating their flesh.

If you consume plants from this list you will be left feeling weaker:

  • Covered in pesticides (non-organic food)
  • Covered in fungicides (non-organic food)
  • Covered in herbicides (non-organic food)

If you consume processed foods:

The artificial, chemicalised processed foods create toxic build up in the body which effects your liver function, in turn putting your hormones out of balance.

The high-vibrational foods are organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and oils

Best oils for fertility are raw cold-pressed coconut oil and grape seed oil for cooking as well as Greek virgin cold-pressed olive oil on salads – never heated. On the low vibrational list are flour-based cereals, dairy, and sugars.

2. Become conscious of what your music is telling you

All music has a vibration. See for yourself with these two videos from two different perspectives. (I recommend watching both, they are short, just a few minutes long) and leave me your feedback below –

3. Be aware of your home environment

4. Reduce the amount of low vibrational experiences in your life

Unless it is an uplifting film or inspirational documentary then be careful you are not exposing yourself to low-vibrational entertainment on TV

Become aware of the vibrational levels of your acquaintances, friends, and extended family. If you feel certain people create tension or drain your energy then create boundaries to prevent them from impacting your life, especially now. You cannot afford to leak your energy, you need it for fertility.

5. Reduce your self-sabotage tendencies in your life

6. Practice gratitude,compassion and forgiveness unto yourself and others

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend – Melody Beattie

7. Bringing things into balance = mastering the art of acceptance

Acceptance looks like a passive state, but in reality it brings something entirely new into this world. That peace, a subtle energy vibration, is consciousness – Eckhart Tolle
  • Acceptance does not mean liking, wanting, choosing, or supporting.
  • Acceptance is an active process. It must be practiced.

8. Mind your thoughts

What you think, you become. Your thoughts create your reality and your word is your wand.

Listen to what you are saying and acknowledge the things you are resisting in your life because resistance drains your energy. (The same energy you require for faster fertility success).

9. Make morning meditation a regular practice in your DAILY life

Meditation sets you up for the day. It cleanses yesterday’s pain, suffering and disappointment on a personal level and a global level. By you clearing the slate for a new day you invite new energies and new potentials to be drawn to you. This can help you to apply for acceptance to things you have been resisting which in turn will help to manage anxiety and keep you in a state of peaceful calm.

If the art of resisting prolongs your pain and drains your energy by fuelling your suffering, doesn’t it make more sense to master the art of acceptance? What do you choose?

Final word

On a conscious level you cannot consciously orchestrate everything, so doesn’t it make sense to tune into your inner support system of higher consciousness through source energy (God) via meditation and to tune into your inner knowing?

Accept where you are and accept your baby is coming if you truly believe this to be the case.

Throughout nearly a decade of me working with fertility clients the number one thing that each person who experienced fertility success had was the unshakable belief in the ‘knowing’ that they will have a baby. They had no doubt. Remember, I mainly work with cases in which people have been told the odds are against them, IVF has failed them, etc., etc. yet my success rates are incredibly high.

You do not need to do it alone. The more support you get the faster your success, fact.

The first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance – Nathaniel Branden 

Ask yourself this:

  1. Are you ready to learn how to master acceptance on all levels?
  2. Understanding Embryo Transfer from a Spiritual and Conscious Perspective

Pregnancy success is the creation of life. Fertility

Creating life is the ultimate expression of birthing consciousness onto this planet we call Mother Earth. Fertility is sacred – it is holy and connected to God or Source.

Is your fertility journey a sacred one?

Even if you have opted to take the assisted fertility route, your conception and transplantation is still a sacred act. To be sacred is to be cherished, divine and spiritual – which is what all sentient beings are.

Let’s explore sacred fertility Embryo Transfer

Embryo

What is embryo transfer?

Embryo transfer occurs once eggs have been collected then fertilised with sperm in a petri dish in a laboratory of a hospital or fertility clinic.

Each situation is different, so between one and three of the best quality embryos are selected and then transferred to the womb.

Embryo transfer will only be deemed successful if transplantation takes place. This means the embryo is able attach itself to the lining of the womb, marking the initiation of pregnancy.

What is sacred, spiritual, conscious embryo transfer?

To activate your consciousness, you simply need to bring your awareness and focus to the situation at hand.

The successful conception of sperm and egg which creates an embryo is in itself a sacred act.

The embryo will house your baby’s spirit which in turn naturally makes this spiritual. However, as we are multi-dimensional beings (that is, more than physical third-dimensional beings) the process is of course a multi-dimensional one.

We humans have an energy field (shaded 14 layers) as well as vortexes of energy moving to us and through us situated around clusters of nerve ganglia and expanding into the ether called chakras (rainbow coloured wheels of energy spiralling clockwise). We also have meridian lines – rivers of energy moving through us.

Now that you can identify with the multi-dimensional aspects of yourself, you can apply the following techniques to create a conscious embryo transfer procedure.

How does embryo transfer work?

The exact procedure for embryo transfer depends on the clinic. A typical procedure usually involves the following steps:

Step 1.  Eggs are collected (via a process called “Egg Retrieval”)

At this time, visualise your energy field around you, activate it, make it vibrant (via the specific fertility meditations). When the eggs are extracted visualise in your mind’s eye that they hold your energy field encapsulated around them.

Step 2.  Two to three days after the eggs are fertilised, the best quality embryos are selected to be transferred into the womb.

  • For people under the age of 40, up to two embryos can be transferred.
  • For people over 40, up to three embryos can be transferred (unless using donor eggs, in which case up to two eggs are used because donors are under the age of 35).
  • It is common practice to have the remainder of good quality embryos frozen and used at a later date (if needed).

When embryo transfer takes place ensure you have listened to:

  • The Egg Journey Meditation
  • Embryo & Mother Reunion Meditation

They will prepare you fully to keep your body receptive to the transfer, you will be relaxed, open and soft – so too will your womb. These meditations and other Mind Mastery sessions will have laid the foundation for you to truly feel excited and peaceful during the procedure, therefore putting the odds in your favour because unlike others (or past times) you won’t tighten up with anxiety, stress and worry. 

Step 3. The medical professional doing the embryo transfer inserts a speculum into the vagina. This is the same procedure as a cervical smear test where the speculum is used to keep the vagina open.

A catheter is used to pass the embryos through the cervix down into the womb, usually with ultrasound assistance.

This is normally a pain-free procedure and usually no sedation is necessary. That being said many people experience degrees of discomfort because a full bladder is required for the ultrasound.

Visualise your body opening up to embrace the return of your egg, which is now an embryo – your baby! Like a mother opening her arms as her child runs back to her embrace, you too are opening up allowing your child (embryo) to return to a safe place where it will survive and thrive. This will aid in improving chances of transplantation success.

 

Step 4. Life over the next two weeks, especially over the initial three days is to be taken very easy. Read about ways you can maximise your chances of Embryo Transfer success (and how to stay sane) during this 3 – 14 day post-transfer period, here.

 

Step 5. About two weeks after the embryo transfer, you will be given a pregnancy blood test. If it is positive, you will have a scan about two weeks later.

It is essential you keep your communication channels open between you and your baby during this period even if you “don’t feel pregnant.” (Contact me to find out how)

How to improve Embryo Transfer success

So happy! Yay! I did it! Fertility Success!

Going into your embryo transfer it is natural to feel nervous, anxious, stressed and even feeling elements of doubt that “this time around will be a success.”

 

The more you are told to relax, the more it can irritate you and leave you feeling a lack of understanding between the person who told you to relax.

 

So, what is the formula for success pre-embryo transfer?

The optimum treatment plan (a schedule of strategies designed to guide you step by step down the path of improving Embryo Transfer success is that you need to be confident.

Below is a comprehensive list for you to read through. Ideally you will read each point and “tick it off.”

 

If you can tick off 100% of these points you can easily instill the confidence required on a conscious level, so when habitual fears enter your thoughts you can dismiss them with the knowledge that you are on-track.

Checklist for omptimising Embryo Transfer success

 

  1. Ensure you have done the ground-work and laid the best foundation via living a fertile lifestyle to improve your health on a cellular level.

 

  • Follow your personal nutrition plan

    • This is done with organic whole foods; clean water (not tap water or plastic bottled water); and supplements that do not contain unnecessary fillers, binders or worse still fertility inhibitors eg soy, corn, maize and magnesium stearate (even though these are commonly found in many “fertility supplements”
    • Body test regularly to ensure your body is getting what it really needs
    • Avoiding processed foods (they are linked to being carcinogenic – meaning they cause cancer. Note, anything that causes cancer causes infertility. Read more)
    • Avoiding caffeine
    • Avoiding alcohol
    • Avoiding sugar as much as possible

 

  • Know what foods help and what foods hinder fertility

 

  • Know what cookware/cooking methods hinder fertility

 

  • Know what essential oils help and hinder fertility

    • You can Body Test to see what essential oils are beneficial to you right now

What to do After Embryo Transfer?

 

Due to the fact it can take between 5 – 7 days for the embryos to securely anchor to your lining post-transfer I advise you live mindfully, gracefully and take things easy.

 

For the first 3 days:

Enjoy bed and sofa rest and have your list of specific meditations and Mind Mastery techniques tailored to your needs at hand.

  • By controlling your thoughts:
    • You can keep stress and anxiety to a minimum
    • Increase your body’s healing ability
    • Deepen your connection to your growing baby and your body (when you are pregnant your intuition is more heightened and finely tuned than ever!)
  • Do several things a day that bring you joy. Joy is the key to fertility and parenthood success. It is the highest vibration and will maximise your chances
For the first 7 days:
  • Do not have a bath
  • Do not have a shower that is too hot or too cold
  • Keep driving short distances to an absolute minimum
  • No heavy lifting
  • No vacuuming
  • No movements or chores that require the intensive use of abdominal muscles
  • No strenuous exercise
  • Slow, peaceful “Buddhist Meditation” walking for 30 minutes from day 4 onwards to help stimulate circulation of life-force energy, blood and oxygen
For days 7 – 14:
  • You are intuitive – your mind and body are connected from all the Mind Mastery exercises you have been doing so you will be intuitively guided by your own wisdom as to what to do. Contact me at anytime if you are ever in doubt.
  • Trust that you will not do anything you may come to regret later
  • Your baby needs positive vibes, so you being in a state of positivity will be key – if something stressful arises, use the specific “7’s Breaths” and other breathing techniques I have taught you
  • Remind yourself:
    • Once your embryos have been transferred into your uterus, they are safe and will not “fall out.”
    • People in the developing world have babies all the time, they are not as mindful, healthy, nutritionally balanced and relaxed as you are – so feel your situation is advantageous and therefore the odds are stacked in your favour!

Fertility Cleanse Question

  • I would like to do a gentle cleanse, what do you recommend that is safe for fertility and support fertility?

How to start taking MSM

Question
  • I just received the MSM in the post. How do I start taking it?
Answer
  • Start with 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 just before you go to sleep. Slowly build up to 1 tablespoon twice a day then if you want to speed up the benefits then do the gentle cleanse of 2 tablespoons twice daily.

The MSM needs to be dissolved in hot water, so I recommend getting a large mug:

  1. Pour in the MSM
  2. Pour in clean water (not from the tap) hot water from the kettle
  3. Add freshly squeezed lemon and room temperature water
  4. Add Fertility Honey (maximum serving = 1 tablespoon a day)
  5. Add bio-available vitamin C (1 teaspoon) and Apple Cider Vinegar (1 table spoon) if possible
  6. Mix and drink
    1. NOTE: Wait 20 minutes before consuming any supplements or food

Best prepared in this order because the boiling hot water will destroy the properties of the honey. Enjoy!

  • I read CoQ10 is good for boosting fertility. Should I buy some?
Answer
  • If you are over 25 then you are better off getting Ubiquinol because the body converts CoQ10 to ubiquinol. Read more here

  • How do I know I am getting enough folic acid or folate in my diet?
Answer
  • Folic acid is the synthetic form of folate so you want folate, not folic acid. Here are some articles I have written.

  • What are Digestive Enzymes good for?
Answer
  • As we age, Hydrochloric Acid production frequently declines, but remains important for the breakdown of food in the gut. For example it sterilises ingested food, acidifies it and hence activates a powerful protease called Pepsin and allows vitamin B12 to be extracted from foodstuffs. Additionally, several minerals such as iron, calcium and zinc rely on this acid for their utilisation in the body.

  • Sometimes I have to rush in the morning – can I have breakfast straight after the fertility drink or should I wait for a bit? Then can I take the marine phytoplankton and the klamath blue green capsules together with food (with breakfast or lunch) and how many capsules each?
Answer
  • Yes, I know, mornings can be a real rush sometimes!

The Marine Phytoplankton capsules and Klammath Blue Green Algae capsules are best taken separately.

Take the Klammath Blue Green Algae capsules 20 minutes before a meal either 20 minutes before or after your morning drink (because the heat of the drink will destroy the properties of the capsules. In fact warm drinks negatively impact all medicines so best to take room temperature drinks with any kind of tablet or capsule).

The Marine Phytoplankton can be taken with a meal, any time in the morning. Best not to take in afternoon or you may not sleep because they give you instant energy. I recommend reading below for more details about dosage and what is on the labels:

Health Issues

Question
  • I had to take anti-biotics which gave me thrush. What do you recommend Ido? Is there anything natural I should try? Please help!
Answer
  • Yes! Get our colloidal silver and gold liquid blend, fulvic minerals, digestive enzymes, MSM and digestive mix into you ASAP and today get the MOST powerful pre and pro biotic on the market. (Any chemist or health food store). If you can not afford them all then at the very least I recommend the colloidal blend and fulvic minerals for they are going to work wonders.

  • My husband had to take anti-biotics and now we are worried about his sperm health. Should we try this month or hold off for a while?

  • Re ‘holding off’ due to antibiotics… It takes 3 months to replenish sperm so if you are worried then please hold off for 3 months. It may seem a long time but it will give your child a stronger immune system. Please keep your husband does up on Olive Leaf Extract to really help his immune system as well as the same morning drink as you: MSM dissolved in hot water, then add freshly squeezed organic lemon juice and a dash of cold water, then add the bio-available vitamin C and medicinal mushrooms as well as the fertility honey (full of propolis, royal jelly and other stamina and immune building vitamins and superfoods!!)

I recommend getting the medicinal mushrooms to counteract the effect of stress (emotional, physical and mental) that you have both endured since your husband was rushed to hospital. The medicinal mushroom blend helps your body to recover energetically and as they include adaptogenic herbs it means you give your body the ability to heal itself and begin to restore energy reserves on its own accord.

I also recommend getting the digestive enzymes for your husband and some probiotics in the form of Fulvic Minerals because your husband has had the good gut bacteria destroyed from the antibiotics it makes it difficult to digest effectively. Therefore it will effect his energy levels and sperm health.

Relationship (Wellbeing) Questions

  • I have a big issue with my mother in law. She has many issues of her own and as a family we are currently unable to speak to her as she is not able to be sorry for how she has treated us over many years. Your work with me has seriously helped me work through some of this i.e. the two meditations and also drawing up boundaries of what is acceptable.
  • She was being particularly awful to us prior to me losing my baby and at the time I could not sleep as it upset me so much. I hold her partly responsible for the loss and possibly still do. It has come up on my lines….can I resolve my feelings towards her by doing the “opening neural pathway work” or is there something else I need to do to help me cope better with this broken relationship? I want to find some peace if possible.

  • I know it must be so difficult for you with your mother in law… The thing is, you NEED to forgive her, not blame her, not become a victim to her ways but remain empowered. What happened has happened and you can move on but you need to forgive so please listen to the forgiveness meditations offered in the course.

  • I have been doing my lines and cleared a few of them as I have gone along when I have time not loads but a few. Can resolving just some of these have the desired effect?
  • Its weird because after clearing some I don’t seem to have them firstly re appearing on my list of thoughts or almost no negative thoughts coming up now. Is this what happens? It makes such a difference you were so right!

  • Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, the lines are very, very powerful! Once you  create the new neural pathways you start to think and react to situations differently… And no hypnosis needed!

Alternative Therapies

Question
  • I have heard Colour Therapy works. Please tell me more about it.
Answer
  • Yes, colour therapy does work. Here is a summary for you:
    • Red – for grounding, focus, increased awareness, improving family relationships and for activating the earth element (base chakra) to help you feel more secure and out of survival mode. This is key for fertility success becuase if you are stressed, ‘fight or flight’ mode means your body responds as if you are fighting for survival and fertility success requires you’re out of “survive” mode and into “thrive” mode.
    • Orange – for fertility, abundance, improving 1-to-1 relationships and activating the water element (sacral chakra) to help you feel more at ease and able to ‘go with the flow’ a little easier
    • Yellow – for self confidence, self worth, for improving group relationships, for mental clarity and stimulating intelligence. It activates the fire element (solar plexus chakra) to help you ignite more passion and not to give up when the going get’s tough on your fertility journey.
