Morning Daily Routine Checklist
This article has been put together as a morning checklist for our clients living The Fertile Lifestyle Programme.
In the beginning you may not have time for everything but after a week or so, these things will come naturally and with ease.
By gracefully embracing them you will feel you are mindfully setting up each day to take back control of your fertility journey.
Step 1:
Wake and Manifest (within the first 20 minutes you are awake)
Step 2: (In no particular order)
- Body Brush
- Oil pull (optional detox strategy)
- Put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes
- Spit into bin then rinse with warm salty water
- Brush your teeth and tongue
Step 3:
Whilst oil pulling you could –
When you are short on time
- Before doing your meditation (different to your manifestation), still your mind with a few Fertility yoga postures by the side of your bed or standing up – as illustrated below or for a few more variations, click here
- Then do your bespoke fertility meditation (changes weekly as per your fertile lifestyle programme)
When you have the time
- Before doing your fertility meditation try this morning yoga routine for fertility. Start with the right side leading, then repeat on the left side. Build up to three rounds (right side, then left side x3 sets).
Step 4:
- Coffee enema (optional detox strategy)
This is simple and not as scary as it seems. It draws out toxins from the body, keeps you regular and reduces bloating.
Step 5:
- Prepare your lemon detox fertility drink, followed by fertility smoothie for breakfast
Now you are ready to carry on with the rest of your day, feeling physically, mentally and emotionally in control of your fertility.

Do you know where I can get a good enima kit from… And how do you work it?

Re the enima kit, here is a good one I have found on Amazon: ENIMA KIT
What I recommend you do is:
1 – Get two heaped dessert spoons of organic, ground coffee
2 – Put it to boil on the stove with 450mL filtered water for 20 mins
3 – Allow it to cool down but still be warm
4 – Strain the coffee (via a plunger) and keep 350mL of liquid aside to fill the enima bag with
5 – Pour luke-warm coffee into the top of the enima bag (looks like the opening of a hot water bottle) but ensure the clasp is sealed to prevent the flow of the coffee.
6 – Once all the coffee has been poured in, release the clasp and allow the coffee to flow through the cord and back into your original container (that you used to fill the enima bag with) to ensure all air is out of the tube
7 – Pour this first bit of coffee back into the enima bag then put coconut oil at the end of the nozzle (as a natural lubricant)
8 – Lay down on your back in semi-supine position (with your feet on the floor and knees pointing upward)
9 – Gently insert the tube and allow the coffee to fill your colon. Hold the position and keep massaging your abdomen for up to 5 mins… Drawing all toxins out of your body. For me, I only last 1 minute before I need to sit on the loo, so be prepared :)
I am loving the Cocunut Oil which i have added to my morning routine, my husband is happy too as there is silence for 20 minutes!
Seriously though, this detox cleanse makes sense and i have combined it with a great organic fluoride free toothpaste too

I don’t want to talk S#!T (excuse the pun) but why is the coffee enema so important? :)

Coffee enemas not only revitalise you but they help draw out the toxins in your body. You will feel less bloated and more invigorated. It is not as invasive or disruptive to your gut flora as a colonic, it is easy, gentle and quick.
Nice post. I would like to add one more point to your list. Grapefruit has to do with the body’s pH levels, which are either alkaline or acid. In an acidic environment, fat flourishes.

If you have time to do it daily then that would be great. Coffee enemas also help draw out heavy metals from your body and therefore helping to improve your fertility and won’t put as much strain on your immune system which will result in a healthy pregnancy too.
The thing with fertility is not to get stressed or overwhelmed so my clients just introduce changes slowly and enjoy really fast benefits!
