Here are a few things to consider as you practice QiGong:
- it’s best practiced in the morning. While you can do QiGong anytime, you will harness more life force energy in the morning.
- it’s best done outside to bring more life force into your body. If you need or want to practice it indoors, open a window to allow the fresh air in.
- drink plenty of water before, during and afterwards. Water will help keep the meridian channels open.
