STOCK YOUR HOME WITH SUCCESS

 

Remove all temptation from the home:

Processed foods

Dairy

Caffeine

De-caffeinated drinks (they are processed)

Non-organic fruit

Non-organic vegetables

Non-organic meat

You don’t have to throw it out, just make it temporarily non-accessible

Basic Level Detox

MORNING

TRY THIS WEEK 1 FERTILITY DETOX SMOOTHIE RECIPE

Place into a high speed blender (such as a Vitamix or Nutribullet):

1x organic lemon cut into 8th’s and de-seeded (keep peel on for folate)

2x organic bananas

1x handful of greens (spinach or kale or cucumber)

4x tbs nut milk raspberry yoghurt (sugar-free and sweetener free)

Liquid: 50% clean, pure water and 50% coconut milk or your favourite nut milk

Blend

Next, hand stir all the above Powerfully Pure detox powders and drink

 

Wait a minimum of 20 minutes, then start your day as you like

EVENING

  • Reflect and write in your Detox Journal – is it different to Day 1?
    • Take your new detox journal to bed and reflect upon the emotions that arose for you today.
      1. How did you feel in the morning when you prepared your detox drink?
      2. How did you feel an hour after your Powerfully Pure detox products?
      3. How was your day?
      4. How were your energy levels?
  • Tell yourself “I love you” as you fall asleep
    • This will help you feel more loved, more lovable and the more your love your body, the more your body (made up of your best employees) will thrive.
  • Feel your heart open and soften, like a rose coming into bloom
    • As it opens feel it radiate and soften your body as you drift into sleep (transitioning out of your head and into your being)

Intermediate Level Detox

MORNING

  • List 5 things you are grateful for
    • Jot it down in your Detox Journal or list it in your mind. Feel the joy it brings you as you elevate your emotional state.
  • Body Brush
    • As per the image, take your body brush and stroke toward your heart (for best results follow the flow of your meridians, as shown in the Body Tapping video)

LUNCH

  • Wait 20 minutes before consuming food

LUNCH

  • LUNCH OPTION 2: Enjoy the lunch smoothie to the right as a detox meal replacement if you are losing weight, or have it prior to your lunch.
